Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Plan Administrator to support complex retirement plan administration and provide technical guidance for the Special Projects team. You will help clients navigate compliance challenges and ensure long-term plan health with strong ERISA knowledge.

The role requires plan administration expertise, client interaction, and collaboration with advisors, recordkeepers, and auditors. A strong background in Excel and regulatory matters is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business/finance.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical compliance tasks for multiple clients, including 5500 preparation and corrective calculations.
• Perform non-discrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), top-heavy, 415).
• Calculate and allocate employer contributions.
• Assist clients with corrections through government programs.
• Reconcile payroll contributions and census to determine plan eligibility.
• Interpret plan documents to ensure accurate administration.
• Ensure filing and regulatory requirements are met.
