Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Plan Administrator with strong ERISA and retirement plan administration expertise to support the Special Projects team. You will assist with complex compliance challenges, contribute to research and analysis, and guide clients through regulatory requirements while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes technical administration, problem solving, and ongoing credentialing to stay current with ERISA developments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Credentialing such as QKA/QKS/QKC/QPA or AKS/APA/APR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical compliance tasks for client plans (DB/DC/H&W 5500 prep & corrections).
• Perform non-discrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), top-heavy, 415, 401(a)(4) cross-testing).
• Calculate and allocate employer contributions.
• Assist clients with corrections through governmental programs.
• Reconcile payroll contributions and census to determine plan eligibility.
• Reconcile trust assets and contributions; interpret trust statements for discrepancies.
• Interpret plan documents to ensure accurate administration.
• Ensure compliance with government filings and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate work of other plan admins.
• Maintain ERISA compliance knowledge and software familiarity.
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
