Wealthspire Advisors LLC is seeking a skilled Plan Administrator to support a range of retirement plan administration projects. You will contribute expert HR and ERISA knowledge to client teams, providing technical research, analysis, and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will help clients navigate complex compliance challenges, resolve plan issues, and protect the long-term health of retirement plans, while building trusted relationships with advisors and employers.

Formación

• 1–3 years of retirement plan administration and consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and plan administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Familiarity with ERISA and Internal Revenue Code provisions relevant to qualified plans.

Responsabilidades

• Perform DB/DC/H&W 5500 preparation and corrective calculations.
• Conduct non-discrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), etc.).
• Calculate and allocate employer contributions.
• Assist clients with corrections through governmental programs.
• Reconcile payroll contributions and census data for plan eligibility.
• Review plan documents to ensure accurate administration.
• Ensure regulatory filings and governmental compliance.
