Job summary

Capital Group in the United States seeks a Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Cleveland and Columbus markets. You will partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to support Capital Client Group relationships and deliver results with brokerage firm representatives.

You will present to clients with a consultative approach, leveraging mutual fund and retirement plan expertise. A Series 7/63/66 and eligible designations are required, with a base salary of $75,000 plus

Qualifications

Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in the mutual fund business and retirement plan sales.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.
Comfort leveraging technology to create custom analyses for clients.
Strong communication skills and ability to present to diverse audiences.
Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses with relevant designations.

Responsibilities

Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market for the Cleveland & Columbus territory.
Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence and drive results with brokerage firm representatives.
Deliver motivational and informative presentations to clients and intermediaries.
Identify client needs and opportunities to improve Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes.
