• Strong communication and presentation skills for webinars and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop retirement plan opportunities with retirement plan heavy advisors and consultants.
• Lead sales conversations and present Capital Group solutions to promote American Funds within plan menus.
• Cultivate new relationships and build pipelines that drive retirement plan opportunities.
• Stay current on retirement industry trends and integrate insights into advisor discussions.
