Olin is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist in Clayton, MO to support the administration, governance, and regulatory compliance of the company’s retirement plans. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate plan operations and a positive participant experience.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of retirement plan experience, with strong HRIS skills and experience managing multiple vendor relationships.

Salary: $88,400 - $134,000
Schedule: Hybrid with 2 days remote
The Retirement Plan Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Olin’s business objectives by supporting the administration, financial oversight, compliance, and governance of Olin’s Retirement Savings Plan and Supplemental Retirement Savings Plan. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, you will help ensure accurate plan operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive participant experience while supporting Olin’s retirement strategy and fiduciary responsibilities.
