Job summary

ADP in Tampa, FL is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to expand our footprint with Fortune 100 brands and mid-size firms. You will prospect, qualify, and close retirement solutions, leveraging ADP training and support to achieve sales goals in a competitive market.

You will build enduring relationships with financial advisors and clients, cross-sell ADP Retirement Services, and interface with internal teams to deliver best-fit plans while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Target prospects and convert referrals.
• Business-to-business experience in qualified plan industry.
• Existing relationships with financial advisors is a plus.
• Goal oriented with drive to reach and exceed quotas.
• Strong cold calling and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication across mediums.

Responsibilities

• Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
• Implement sales strategies
• Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
• Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business both new and conversion
• Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
• Connect customers' business needs with ADP's and ADP's Alliance Partners Retirement Services product(s)
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with Alliance Partners
• Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory.
