Job summary

Capital Group, a leading investment firm, is hiring a Retirement Plan Counselor in the United States. You will lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identify needs, coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers, and drive business results with key brokerage firm representatives.

You excel at delivering motivational presentations, setting goals, and using technology to analyze data for Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses or equivalent.
• Experience selling mutual funds and retirement plans is preferred.
• Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to broker representatives.
• Sell through financial intermediaries to achieve plan sponsor outcomes.
• Territory: Northern California, Oregon, Idaho.
