Systems Engineering Services seeks a Scrum Master SME in Retirement Plan and Participant Administration to lead a critical data onboarding project. You will guide the team through Agile ceremonies, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance with ERISA and related retirements processes.

The role requires 2 days per week in Hartford, CT with a path to remote work, and deep knowledge of 403(b)/401(k) administration. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• SME in Retirement Plan and Participant Administration Record Keeping.
• Experience with 403(b) and 401(k) administration.
• Knowledge of ERISA, QDIA and Distributions.
• Technical understanding of data systems a plus.
• Scrum Master experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Scrum Master for onboarding data and systems.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive project through sprints.
• Coordinate with teams, managers and senior leaders.
• Ensure retirement plan processes are accurately documented.
