Qualifications

• FINRA Series 65 license required or ability to obtain the 65 before start date.
• 5+ years of retirement plan sales or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and fiduciary standards.
• Existing network in business and institutional markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new retirement plan clients.
• Identify prospects via networking, referrals, and outreach to decision-makers.
• Consult with organizations to assess retirement plan needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities while ensuring fiduciary compliance.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and use CRM to track performance.
• Educate clients on 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
