Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new retirement plan clients.
• Identify and engage prospective clients via networking and referrals.
• Consult with organizations to assess needs and present tailored retirement plan solutions.
• Negotiate and close new business while maintaining fiduciary standards.
• Maintain an active pipeline and track metrics using CRM.
• Educate clients on retirement plans and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in industry events and CBIZ marketing initiatives.
• Maintain FINRA Series 65 licensing.
