Paychex in Des Moines seeks a Senior Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base by selling retirement plan and FSA products across the prospect universe, leveraging the GTM strategy to engage decision makers in preferred formats (in person or virtual).

You will schedule meetings with financial advisors and referrals, qualify prospect needs, complete paperwork, and maintain Salesforce records while traveling for conferences and regional meetings as required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant Paychex experience and completion of required training.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsabilités

• Presents retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects using various channels to identify new clients and referrals.
• Analyzes client needs and matches Paychex products accordingly.
• Expedites resolution of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes paperwork and enters data into Salesforce for seamless selling and service.
