Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to drive sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to support Capital Client Group relationships in the Long Island and White Plains area.

You will engage with financial intermediaries, deliver motivational presentations, and track performance against goals while leveraging technology for targeted analyses.

Qualifications

• Broad sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience leveraging technology to create custom analysis.
• Excellent communicator with adviser-space sales experience.
• Series 7, 63 & 66 licenses (or equivalent); designations like AIF/AIFA/PPC/CIMA/CFA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead retirement plan sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
• Identify firm and firm representatives' needs and coordinate efforts to serve them.
• Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence and relationships.
• Sell through financial intermediaries and collaborate with senior sales staff to improve outcomes.
