What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting of 401(k) plans
- Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software
- Prepare required government filings, including IRS Form 5500
- Educate clients on the administration of their 401(k) plans and associated documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred

- Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations
- Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration
