What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Educate clients regarding the administration of their 401(k) plans and documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience
- Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations
- Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration
