What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with clients to obtain necessary information for preparing annual reporting
- Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software
- Utilize administration software to complete 401(k) testing and reporting
- Prepare required government filings, including the IRS Form 5500
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations
- Experience in customer service, organization, and collaboration
- Ability to work autonomously in a self-directed manner
- Skills in math and analytical thinking
