Job summary

Moneta Group Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Retirement Plan Service Operations Manager in the St. Louis area to drive operational excellence for the retirement plan advisory team.

You will coordinate with Advisors, Partners, clients, and service providers to meet critical deadlines and enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives, onboarding new clients, and producing client-ready materials while maintaining compliance with firm procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with emphasis in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Five+ years in retirement plan/benefits or relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel/PowerPoint a plus.
• Canva and Salesforce familiarity a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational and project management hub for the retirement plan advisory team.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Partners, clients, financial institutions and service providers.
• Own development and production of client communications and content for multiple channels.
• Manage onboarding of new clients end-to-end, including meetings and documentation.
• Prepare and organize client review materials, investment performance reports and executive summaries.
