• Strong Excel skills to organize and reconcile data.
• Comfort with multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process plan documents and communications.
• Assist with plan installations, conversions, and transitions.
• Draft retirement plan proposals and support design projects.
• Coordinate engagement letters and service documentation.
• Support plan administrators with annual administration and client needs.
• Manage participant distributions, loans, and related requests.
