Competitive salary is offered between $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in retirement plan administration.
QKA certification or progress towards it is a plus.
Strong organizational skills required.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for DC and DB plans.
Process employee transactions including loans and distributions.
Prepare IRS Form 5500 filings and related compliance documents.
Skills
Experience administering defined contribution retirement plans
Understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal communication skills
