Alight Solutions is seeking a skilled financial education professional to serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering webinars, workshops, and learning campaigns that enhance employee wellbeing and retirement planning.

The role requires FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65/66, 5+ years of experience, CRPC designation (or willingness), Excel and PowerPoint expertise, and the ability to travel up to 15%.

Qualifikationen

• FINRA licenses required (6/7 and 65/66).
• Minimum 5 years in financial education or related field.
• Experience delivering seminars, webinars, or training programs.
• Knowledge of retirement plans and workplace financial wellness.

Aufgaben

• Manage and execute financial education programs, including webinars, workshops, campaigns, and other client initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Partner with clients and internal colleagues to develop, coordinate, and implement financial education strategies that support employee engagement and business objectives.
• Deliver virtual and in-person financial education presentations, maintain educational content and resources, and ensure materials remain accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Monitor program performance, participant feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancement of financial education offerings.
