Job summary

Alight Solutions delivers financial education programs and retirement plan education to employees of Alight clients. This hybrid role focuses on engaging participants and improving financial wellbeing through tailored education and workshops.

The Financial Education Consultant partners with client organizations to boost understanding and utilization of retirement benefits, traveling regularly to Indianapolis-area offices and performing some remote work when not onsite.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 65 or 66 licenses.
• CRPC designation (or willing to obtain within six months).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial education in meetings, group sessions, and events for plan participants onsite and virtually.
• Educate participants on retirement plan features and financial wellbeing resources.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and develop new content to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and client objectives.
