Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–4 years in financial services.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strong relationship building and territory management skills.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within timelines required.
• Availability to travel with overnight stays.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate communication and education strategies using virtual and on-site meetings.
• Encourage plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers.
• Meet service level agreements and drive measurable results.
• Log meetings, attendees, and outcomes in systems within deadlines.
• Build relationships with contacts, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel bookings.
• Provide feedback to relationship managers on materials and strategies.
• Attend client meetings with service teams.
• Potentially participate in finals presentations for new prospects.
