Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Financial Education Coordinator to support retirement plan education programs for plan participants. You will coordinate educational meetings, prepare participant materials, and ensure clear communication of plan benefits and retirement concepts.

The role collaborates with advisors, internal teams, and plan sponsors to promote participant engagement and financial wellness through effective education and operational support.

Qualifications

• Business sense to understand business ideas, tools and processes.
• Ability to manage client relationships and partner with engagements.
• Experience shaping positive customer experiences across touchpoints.
• Ability to analyze issues and reach productive decisions.
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Financial background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the client’s financial well-being initiative and handle related tasks such as costs, emails, and voicemails.
• Manage meeting input and availability in the RPAG system.
• Schedule ad hoc meetings between employees and Financial Professionals and input data into client records.
• Assist Financial Professionals with calendar of events and information for appointments.
• Create promotional materials for events including emails and flyers.
• Coordinate and conduct implementation calls and ongoing oversight of each client’s financial wellness program.
