Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of plan document experts and manage team-related projects.
• Monitor performance, identify training needs, and support escalations.
• Provide consultative guidance to internal partners and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee audits, procedures, and process adherence.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.
• Contribute to operational improvements and new initiatives.
