Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor in the Boston Metro area. You will lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, coordinating with Wealth Management Wholesalers to serve needs and drive business results with key brokerage firm representatives.

You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations, and you will apply a consultative skillset to sell through financial intermediaries while working with senior sales force members to identify

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to leverage technology to create custom analysis.
• Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
• Ability to synthesize information and present it succinctly.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers.
• Manage Capital Client Group (American Funds Distributions) presence, relationships and drive business results with broker-dealer reps.
• Present compelling, motivational presentations and meet or exceed sales targets.
