Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Retirement Plan Counselor in the Boston Metro area to lead sales initiatives in the retirement market and partner with Wealth Management wholesalers to grow the Capital Client Group’s presence. You’ll present to brokerage firm representatives and advisors to drive business results.

You must have a proven track record in mutual fund and retirement plan sales, outstanding communication, and the ability to translate complex data into clear client insights.

Qualifications

• Proven sales record in mutual funds and retirement plans.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with financial intermediaries.
• Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience leveraging tech tools for analysis and due diligence.
