Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and collaborate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to drive results with brokerage firm representatives.

You will deliver motivational presentations, identify client needs, and coordinate with senior sales teams to improve Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes. Territory includes Cleveland & Columbus with base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
Ability to build long-term relationships.
Leverage technological resources to create custom analysis.
Excellent communicator with significant sales experience in the RIA space.
Ability to synthesize information and present it concisely.

Responsibilities

Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market.
Identify needs of firms and representatives, coordinating efforts to serve them.
Partner with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Group presence and drive results.
Deliver motivational and informative presentations selling through financial intermediaries.
Collaborate with senior sales force members to identify opportunities for plan sponsor and investor outcomes.
