Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, up to 1 year in client service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of 401(k) and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience up to 1 year.
• Experience in a client service environment, ADP payroll and 401(k) experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and function in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for retirement plans on day-to-day matters.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Assist clients in complying with year-end requirements.
• Schedule education programs for participant workshops.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
