Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Services Representative (401k) to serve as the primary contact for employees of ADP Retirement Service's clients.

You will educate employees on plan benefits, resources, and retirement planning while handling account transactions and maintaining licenses. Ideal candidates hold FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (or are able to obtain them after hire) and have 1+ year of client service or finance experience, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licenses required; Series 6 and 63 can be obtained after hire.
• SIE is a plus and encouraged.
• 1+ year of client service or finance experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8am–9pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Educates employees on plan benefits, resources, and tools to enable informed retirement decisions.
• Educates on mutual funds, rates of return, market timing, and self-directed brokerage options.
• Explain rollover options and assist with incoming rollovers into ADP plans.
• Maintain high call quality and drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize CRM, Plan Sponsor and Participant websites, and workflow tools.
