Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks an Internal Retirement Specialist to educate participants on retirement plans and provide tailored guidance. You will act as a consultant, delivering education and advice based on each individual's needs while coordinating with sales-focused teams across regions.

You will collaborate with Retirement Specialists and Program Directors, applying knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements to support plan retention and growth.

Competenze

• FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses and Life and Health license required.
• Minimum of two years in a relationship or sales-driven role in financial services.
• Excellent communication and ability to build client relationships.

Mansioni

• Receives inbound calls from participants and provides education and guidance regarding their retirement plan.
• Initiates calls to targeted participants to discuss deferrals and encourage increases in contributions.
• Completes account reviews and advises on asset allocation based on individual results.
• Offers services such as ProAccount for automated account management where appropriate.
• Builds strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support sales goals.
