Job summary

Vestwell is seeking an experienced retirement plan administrator to join the Retirement Plan Administration (RPA) team. You will manage a defined block of responsibilities, confidently answer retirement plan questions, and collaborate to improve workstreams across the organization.

The role includes year-end testing for DC plans, assisting with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections, and providing consulting services to sponsors and advisers as needed, within a hybrid in-office model based in

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Retirement Plan Administration experience.
• Experience in Retirement Plan Administration for Qualified Plans, including IQPA audits.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail & organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Year end testing for DC plans.
• Answer questions from the client service team on retirement plan subjects.
• Assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections.
• Provide consulting services to sponsor and advisors as needed.
