Job summary

Vestwell is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team in a hybrid, in-office setting. You will process distributions and loans from retirement plans, following established procedures to ensure quality and compliance.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage time-sensitive tasks, communicate with participants, and document outcomes in Jira and other systems, with opportunities for growth in the retirement services industry.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, Aircall or similar task management and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for participant outreach and documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and grow within the role.
• Experience in high-volume, detail-oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process distributions and loans from retirement plans accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Handle a high volume of time-sensitive tickets with accuracy and productivity.
• Make outbound calls to participants to verify information.
• Send concise emails to gather required documentation.
• Document participant interactions and outcomes in Jira and systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve workflows and satisfaction.
• Be open to coaching and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
