Jefferson Health seeks a Retirement Plans Specialist to act as a subject matter expert for defined benefit and defined contribution retirement programs. You will provide escalation support to colleagues, HR partners, and managers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of retirement benefits transactions.

The role focuses on enrollment, plan changes, data integrity across systems, and collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize retirement program delivery and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in Benefits Administration.
• 3 years in Human Resources Operations (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME and point of contact for escalated retirement benefits inquiries.
• Resolve benefits issues with internal and external partners.
• Guide colleagues through enrollment and plan changes.
• Process retirement benefits transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain retirement records and data integrity across systems.
• Support enrollment activities and vendor communications.
• Analyze data to recommend process improvements.
• Document processes and best practices.
