The Retirement Benefits Analyst at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. serves as a subject matter expert for the organization’s Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with 2 years in Benefits Administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with an Enterprise Human Capital Management System.
• Ability to communicate empathetically and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and point of contact for escalated colleague retirement benefits inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Resolve retirement benefits issues via investigation and coordination with partners.
• Guide colleagues through retirement benefits enrollment processes and plan changes.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of retirement benefits transactions.
• Maintain accurate retirement benefits records and data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for processing and reconciliation of retirement benefits transactions.
