Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree/BA preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, benefits administration, retirement services, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond to member inquiries regarding retirement benefits, plan provisions, and coverage details.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Review and process retirement‑related forms and supporting documentation.
• Assist participants with retirement planning questions and benefit options.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving retirement plans with internal and external contacts.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain forms, reports, and participant communications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support administrative activities including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with benefit‑related projects and special assignments as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive participant information.
