FedEx Logistics is seeking a senior corporate communications professional to lead strategy development, content creation, and evaluation of large-scale communications programs. The role requires strong writing, editing, and analytical skills to translate complex business data into effective messages.
The position is hybrid and based at the FedEx campus in Collierville, TN, requiring near-daily presence on site.
Under minimal supervision plans, develops, implements and evaluates effective large communication efforts including strategy development, content determination, creative direction, research, writing, editing and validation.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
Five (5) years directly related experience.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Demonstrated experience in institutional or corporate communications with an emphasis on communication planning/analysis and exposure to print and non-print media strategies.
Ability to study complex data and broad business strategy and convert into practical, creative and effective communication strategies.
Highly proficient analytical, problem-solving, organization, creativity, grammar, writing and human relations/relation management skills.
Excellent Project Management skills/experience, Experienced with presenting to small and large audiences, General knowledge and experience working with retirement or benefit plans, Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, Experience developing and creating presentations (PowerPoint, Canva etc.).
This is a hybrid position located in Collierville, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. This position is not eligible for relocation.
