Qualifications

• Specialized experience in law enforcement or equivalent work.
• Ability to interpret and enforce immigration or related laws and procedures.
• Capability to conduct investigations, prosecutions, and anti-smuggling activities.

Responsibilities

• Detect immigration violations and inspect documents to determine citizenship or violation.
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers near borders.
• Operate and coordinate with a variety of government assets during patrols and checks.
