Realtor.com is hiring a Retention Account Specialist in the United States. You will engage with real estate agents and brokers, reinforce value of our advertising products, and resolve retention issues with a focus on timely, respectful service.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound calls, collaboration with Sales and Digital teams, and a path from entry-level to larger opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 2+ years related experience.
• 3-5 years professional experience.
• Familiarity with advertising products and services.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Mail required.
• Work cross functionally with sales, support, collections and accounting to retain relationships.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve customer service issues.
• Meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle account retention on assigned accounts for Realtor.com.
• Take inbound and make outbound calls to agents daily.
• Re-build value in Realtor.com solutions for agents requesting to cancel services.
• Offer consistent communication and timely resolution for agents.
• Resolve retention issues on agent and broker accounts.
• Meet or exceed retention goals and outbound call requirements.
• Engage customers with respect and integrity.
