Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Specialist in Retention Marketing Solutions to lead and design marketing technology architectures across CRM programs. You will collaborate with marketing, product, data science, and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions and boost customer engagement across digital channels.

You will drive solution delivery, document requirements, and monitor metrics to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of delivering technical solution architecture across complex provider networks.
• 5+ years in product/technical program management, systems/business analysis or related tech roles.
• Experience with outbound marketing channels such as Email, SMS, Push and customer personalization.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Architect marketing technology solutions bridging business and technology requirements.
• Lead architectural discussions with product and engineering for successful deployment.
• Document requirements, use cases, and oversee implementation across teams.
• Monitor program metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships across Loyalty, CRM, Digital, Analytics, and Retail Operations; with vendor partners.
