Macy’s is seeking a Process Design Specialist to define, document, and validate scalable marketing processes. You will partner with marketing teams and the transformation group to ensure clarity, alignment to outcomes, and readiness for rollout.

Ideal candidates will analyze current workflows, map future state processes, and identify where automation and AI can enhance efficiency across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience contributing to process design or workflow optimization.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and technology or platform teams.
• Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Basic familiarity with marketing technology platforms or content supply chain tools.

Responsibilities

• Document current state workflows and identify inefficiencies and handoffs.
• Contribute to future state process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Identify automation or AI-enabled opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing tech teams to translate process needs into system configurations.
