SuperATV is seeking aRetention Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, Pushly/web push, and loyalty programs. You will leverage data from GA4, NetSuite, and Klaviyo to drive segments, personalize journeys, and optimize revenue growth.
In this role, you will partner with eCommerce, Web Ops, merchandising, and analytics teams to design tests, analyze results, and scale successful campaigns. A strong background in CRM, analytics, and lifecycle marketing is required.

This is a high‑impact opportunity to build SuperATV’s retention engine across email, SMS, Pushly/web push, loyalty, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation. The Retention (or Lifecycle) Marketing Manager will use customer data, platform insights, and testing to turn first‑time buyers into repeat, loyal customers while partnering closely with eCommerce, Web Operations, merchandising, creative, analytics, and technology teams. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, data‑driven, current on retention tactics, and confident using tools such as Klaviyo, Pushly, GA4, NetSuite, CDP, and customer data platforms to make smarter marketing decisions.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
