Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Temporary Renewal Coordinator to maintain and grow our fire alarm, fire protection and security service contracts. You will focus on retention, contract pricing updates and customer satisfaction across a defined base.

You will proactively contact customers, review renewal opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service while aiming for high renewal rates and revenue per customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in retention or renewals is a plus.
• Over the counter sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to proactively reach out to customers and problem solve.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage retention activities within assigned service agreements.
• Reach out to customers 120 days before renewal in writing.
• Re-estimate contracts to reflect current labor rates and hours.
• Aim for a 95% renewal rate.
• Prepare and participate in monthly renewal meetings.
