Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions in Columbia, MD is seeking a Renewal Coordinator to maintain service contracts for fire alarm, fire protection and security systems. You will manage retention activities, review pricing, and drive contract renewals with a target rate of 95% while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a degree preferred, and experience in over-the-counter sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Over the counter sales or customer service experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base.
• Reach out to each customer 120 days prior to renewal in writing.
• Re-estimate contract to reflect current labor rates and hours to perform the work.
• Aim for a minimum renewal rate of 95% and support monthly renewal meetings.
