Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Renewal Coordinator for our fire alarm, fire protection & security business in Salisbury, MD. You will manage retention activities for an assigned service agreement customer base and proactively reach out 120 days before renewal.

You will re-estimate contracts with current labor rates, aim for at least 95% renewal, participate in monthly renewal meetings, and address customer concerns to secure renewals and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fire Alarm, Fire Protection or Security industry knowledge is a plus.
• Over the counter sales or customer service experience acceptable.
• Ability to proactively reach out to customers and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage retention activities within an assigned service agreement customer base.
• Proactively reach out to each customer 120 days prior to renewal.
• Re-estimate contracts with current labor rates and hours to perform the work.
• Aim for a minimum renewal rate of 95%.
• Participate in monthly renewal meetings and follow up on actions.
• Address customer concerns and secure renewal date agreements.
• Develop relationships with customers and identify upsell opportunities.
