Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions in Salisbury, NC seeks a Renewal Coordinator to manage service-contract retention for our fire alarm, fire protection and security portfolio. You will re-estimate contracts to reflect current labor costs and drive renewals with a target of 95% while strengthening customer relationships.

You will upsell across product lines based on customer needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely renewal communications 120 days ahead of expirations.

Qualifications

• Fire alarm/fire protection and security knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination with experience will be considered.
• Over-the-counter sales or customer service experience is valued.
• Ability to proactively reach out to customers and solve problems with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage retention activities for an assigned service agreement customer base.
• Proactively contact each customer 120 days before renewal in writing.
• Re-estimate contracts to reflect current labor rates and hours.
• Aim for a minimum renewal rate of 95%.
• Prepare and participate in monthly Service Contract Renewal meetings and follow up on actions.
