Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Temporary Renewal Coordinator to maintain service contracts in our fire alarm, fire protection and security portfolio. You will develop a customer-focused renewal strategy, re-estimate contracts to reflect current labor rates, and drive retention through proactive outreach.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills as you build relationships with customers, manage renewal dates, and upsell across product lines while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over the counter sales or customer service experience.
• Proactively reach out to customers and solve problems.
• Effective communication skills with broad audiences.
• Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain retention of service contracts within assigned base.
• Reach out to customers 120 days before renewal in writing.
• Re-estimate contracts to reflect current labor rates and hours.
• Aim for a minimum renewal rate of 95%.
• Participate in monthly renewal meetings and follow up on actions.
