Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in social work or related field.
• Two years of direct client services experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and obtain needed documentation.
• Maintain accurate progress notes in HMIS.
• Able to travel within Westchester County.
• Collaborate with DSS and housing staff to achieve housing goals.
• Prepare and submit program documents, reports, HQS inspections and rent reasonableness.
• Schedule client home visits as needed.
• Identify client barriers and develop service plans.
• Report child abuse or neglect when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
