Job summary

BRC is seeking a Data & Retention Specialist to manage retention programming within its Workforce Development initiative. The role involves collecting data on client employment, coordinating monthly retention events, and conducting outreach for program enrollment.

The candidate will collaborate with treatment teams, provide career assessment services, and facilitate employment-related workshops. Strong communication, computer skills, and CPR training are required or willing to obtain

Qualifications

• BA preferred; relevant experience in social services can be considered
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Experience in addiction, mental illness, or homelessness settings preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-volume environment
• CPR training or willingness to obtain CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Collect data on client employment and retention for reporting and evaluation
• Oversee monthly retention events and semi-annual participant celebrations
• Lead outreach and intake for Workforce Development program participants
• Collaborate with service providers, employers, and educational programs
• Facilitate employment workshops and career assessment services
• Assist housing placement and retention through treatment-team collaboration
• Provide emergency first aid/CPR as needed
• Perform related duties as assigned
