Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow confirmation and retention process to reinforce homeowner commitment and verify expectations.
• Identify cancellation risks, address concerns, and qualify projects while keeping records up to date.
• Communicate value of the in-home consultation to protect revenue and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Design Consultants to improve appointment quality and retention.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners via phone and text from first contact to visit.
