Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone's merchandising, display, and customer service. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and ensure inventory readiness and zone performance.

This role emphasizes teamwork, operational standards, and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience daily. The position requires flexibility to work varied shifts in a store setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, and seasonal planning meet expectations.
• Oversee stocking of merchandise and ensure proper sales floor presentation.
• Schedule and staff for unloading/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service.
• Supervise associates, share directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Open/close the store as needed and perform additional duties.
